Giving Out
You know why Barack Obama is so inhospitable to charitable contributions made by individuals —especially the wealthier ones? Because he sees Government as the preferred dispensery of largesse. If he can work to limit individual choice in the matter of giving, then it makes it easier for Government to control who gets what and when.
